What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I just love the process of helping other people learn content, get better at school/achieve their academic goals. I especially enjoy fostering a sense of confidence academically, emotionally and mentally in children/high schoolers who may be struggling with school/studies by demonstrating how disciplined effort and consistency can lead to academic, emotional and mental prosperity. I love enamouring students with the joy of learning and love watching them grow/become better learners.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths are that I truly, genuinely care very much about my student and always prioritise their success/goals. I always specifically tailor my lessons to suit each and every individual student's needs/desires. Furthermore, I also pride myself in always being there for my students. If there is something they need help with I am always available outside of tutoring hours, always, and will get back/respond to a student's query/question/problem via email or a call. I also possess a solid grasp of all content I tutor at all times and take time to update myself regularly on all I teach.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for the student is to always be there in earnest and to fully and truly support the student's learning. If a tutor does not know the solution to a particular problem/needs to refresh themselves, instead of feigning competence I would simply just tell the student that I do not know the answer/will get back to them immediately on the problem. To me, this act demonstrates true commitment, drive, passion and truthful tutoring as instead of feigning competence/making up an answer, they go out of their way to ensure what they teach is always correct.
