I think my biggest strength is that I don't just want my students to be robots who follow a process, I work with them so they understand why the process works. I have found that this leads to less mistakes and a better understanding overall.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things are: Always being positive, look for the good points and don't only dwell on the negative. Be clear with the student, make sure they understand it takes time and effort to get better. The biggest area of struggle this week was understanding how to solve for a time value if you are given a desired height.

Nothing much to improve on this week, Caledon was on top of all I expected of him.

Caledon seemed to struggle with critical thinking in what would normally be easy questions for him. This suggests we need to work more on the math specifics and less on the conceptual understanding.
