I have been in this experience, so I empathize with the students. A student that I teach has always found difficult in understanding new concepts, despite the challenge to make them understand the concept, I found that one of my strength was to understand where the student was stuck in and to create different scenarios or make different questions to help with their work. Another strength that I think I have is definitely patience, some students that I have taught before have taught me that.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Tutors are meant to be patient and respectful to their student. This can be done by answering their questions, this can be done by engaging in group discussions and encouraging students to participate.
