What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The aspect to be able to apply my understanding of a topic to aid another at a subject, not just to help ones that struggles, but to also revise and further my own, as Feynman's learning technique.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a undergraduate student, I am able to communicate with current high school students easily whilst having sufficient knowledge and experience through HSC to comprehend and adjust my teaching direction to effectively aid students' comprehension at a topic. I can also fit the students' cases and situation to my high school experience to enhance the tutoring experience.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
My experience with helping my friends and classmates speaks here, that I should be patient and understanding about their situation, at the same time be scheduled and organized so the tutor and a student can be kept up to schedule with the current position of their curriculum, whist not feeling pressured to do so.

Student picked up very fast on statistics and probability. Aided by previous comprehension on linear equation, he is able to get immersed into the concept of normal distribution's various concept, and its continuous nature in opposition to the rest of the probability density calculation done before. Additional notes have been delivered including probability and statistics, relationships and data analysis. Final complement of notes are trigonometry and path analysis.
Student still struggles at time with equation algebra (with many unknown constants), as well as simultaneuous equations.

Although the student was slow at picking up the algebraic techniques, he was keen on memorizing patterns (which is sufficient for standard maths). Student is advised to keep algebra as basis of practice due to its presence in any non-theory questions.
Student is still inconsistent at organizing his notes over lessons and school, and does not often roll over them.

Student is able to recognize certain question types and is able to produce quality answers. Student suggests to look at linear/quadratic relationships next lesson due to his inconsistencies at them.
Student is still reluctant at organizing his notes. This time he is encourage to take notes in an ordered manner on a dedicated notebook instead of papers. (Partially due to failed printing of paper, will be handed out next lesson with answers). Organized notes are being drafted up to be distributed over coming lessons.

This is the second time we go over this example 2022 paper since 2 months ago. Student demonstrated improved ability at tacking and breaking down questions into critical solution points, and can recall (partially or completely) identical examples to mimic its problem-solving. Additionally, summarized notes are being handed to student over topics, mainly covering topic points, corresponding formulaes and applications, and strategies at tackling possible questions.
Student struggles to apply given strategies on the notes to some questions due to lack of practice. Student is encouraged to roll over the notes after the lesson and try applying on the previous competitive paper to enhance the understanding. Also the notes are not yet complete, a more enriched and structured version will be released on next lesson.
