Recent Challenges

Some primary students rush through comprehension or maths tasks without fully reading instructions, leading to incomplete or off-target answers. In high school, it’s common for students to have scattered or unclear working, which makes multi-step problems harder to check and fix. Other frequent hurdles include forgetting materials, leaving homework unfinished, or spending revision time catching up on missed basics instead of moving forward—all of which can hold back progress and lead to confusion.

Recent Achievements

Tutors are noticing students becoming more proactive during lessons—regularly checking their own work, spotting errors, and making corrections without being asked. Ezy maths tutoring was just what we were after for Zena. We tried a couple of other tutoring companies before ezy maths tutoring but one we had to travel to to get there and the other offered us a young and inexperienced tutor, tutoring is more than knowing about the subject it is being able to teach it.
