What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
When tutoring, I enjoy the ability to be able to communicate and help students not only about the academic subject they need help in but also in other different aspects. In my previous tutoring experiences, I have given other useful tips to students such as sharing to them opportunities in and out of school. I believe this can only be done after you really understand the student and break βthe barrierΓ’β¬, allowing the tutoring to evolve from a more teacher-student interaction to a peer-to-peer kind of interaction, which I believe is a more effective way of learning.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor is in understanding the student I am tutoring. I have tutored many different people while in my last tutoring company and whenever I tutored someone I had not tutored before, I always focused on finding more about the student to find out how I could allow them to learn more effectively, whether it be selecting specific curriculum or changing my approach to teaching.Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be able to communicate without a large barrier.
