What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What i enjoy most about tutoring is teaching concepts to my friends that used to stump them and seeing them learn and grow and fully understand the concepts afterwards is somewhat heart-warming. Being able to have a direct impact on their education and seeing my help actually have an impact on them means alot to me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

From an academic standpoint, I have strong mathematical skills both in VCE and at Univeristy of Melbourne where I'm currently pursing an Actuarial Studies degree. Furthermore, through my experience at a part time job as well as being part of commerce clubs at University, I have developed strong communication as well as leadership skills. Furthermore, I adhere to high organisational and planning skills, and take great responsibility in helping others.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Aside from providing knowledgable academic skills that could be beneficial for a student's education, I believe that another important thing a tutor can do is create a safe and welcoming environment for students to encourage effective learning. I know first-hand that tutoring, especially with someone you may not know very well can be daunting, thus I believe being able to create a vulnerable-free space is very important.
