Helping students to understand a concept, enabling them to answer questions with proper understanding, rather than blindly following memorised steps. Another aspect which I would consider a "strength" is that I try to maintain a relationship with students closer to being friends, as that allows them to be more open and also have fun while learning, without it being a monotone study session.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
