I enjoy seeing the moment when a student suddenly understands something they once found difficult. That feeling of helping someone gain clarity and confidence is extremely rewarding for me. My strengths come from real teaching and mentoring experience. As a Peer Mentor/Peer Leader, I guided students during O’Week and supported them academically throughout the semester, building strong communication and patience. I have also taught IELTS at Mentors’ Kalabagan back in Bangladesh and tutored Maths and IT to Class 3 to 10 students, which helped me simplify concepts and adapt to different learning styles. My roles as MQAIS Event Lead and COMP1750 Unit Rep and being the highest achiever in that unit show my strong academic ability and leadership.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
