What do I enjoy most about tutoring? š
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing my students finally understand a concept and watching them thrive because of it. Those moments make tutoring incredibly rewarding and remind me why I love helping others learn. I firmly believe that with the right approach, any subject can feel manageable.
My Strengths as Tutor šŖ
My strengths are patience, clear explanation, and strong subject knowledge. Because I started Year 11 (Preliminary) in Sydney with no background in the NSW curriculum, I understand what it feels like to build skills from the ground up with little guidance. This helps me break concepts into simple steps, identify where students are getting stuck, and teach in a way that makes sense to them. Iām also organised and structured, which helps students develop effective study habits.
Most important things I can do for a student š
Boost confidence by helping their students feel in control of their learning.
Teach practical exam skills, such as showing them how to study, structuring their responses efficiently, sourcing and using past papers affectively since practice makes perfect.
