From my mentorship experience in my past roles, I found it very rewarding so see someone's progress in their understanding. I believe that I am patient and understanding of the student's position, since I myself required tutoring early on in Secondary level maths. To help students to not feel overwhelmed by the subject, since this can extinguish any desire to learn further.
