The commitment to learning and the positive partnership that is created as a result of any achievement seen. Teaching in a class environment does not allow you the benefits of one on one time that is required for each individual student. Working one on one allows direct feedback from student to teacher and teacher to student which is the greatest catalyst for success.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Having worked in schools for a long period of time has given me a greater understanding of what is required for students to progress, as well as the curriculum benchmarks at each level. I have a great deal of experience working with students with learning difficulties and have knowledge of the strategies required to cater for students that may face roadblocks.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Firstly, being able to identify where any deficiencies may lie and where to begin to address those issues. After that, the teacher needs to be able to instill the confidence in the student to achieve the "achievable targets". The teacher must continue to work on the student's confidence by reviewing covered ground in order to consolidate that learning before gradually introducing the new concepts. Constant feedback between the teacher and student must remain in order to communicate any misunderstandings so that they can be rectified before consolidating the concept.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
