What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is positively contributing to students education and long term development. By allowing children to feel more confident in their learning and overcome academic challenges allows me to feel fulfilled and excited to make an impact in the child's education. I believe tutoring can increase the shared vision of helping students reach their full potential.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have had immense experience with children from young ages all the way to year 10. Therefore, my previous experience as a tutor in the tutoring company Kumon allows me to have the opportunity to help students develop fundamental literacy and numeracy abilities. In addition, I am highly proficient in both math and english and enjoy working and motivating students to increase their academic skills. I also believe one of my key strengths is the ability to communicate effectively and professionally through various channels as I have key skills to build relationships with children and parents.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A important thing is for tutors to efficiently understand their students through communicating in a clear and proficient way. Building relationships with students requires you to communicate strongly and acknowledge whether the child is struggling or doesn't understand certain topics. This maximises the students learning and increases their confidence. It is essential that as a tutor you are interested to getting to know your students. In addition, a key attribute in tutors is to continually seek to develop your own knowledge and skills for the benefit of the student and parents.
